Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and legally able to enter these terms. You may not use Dakidarts services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.
Scope of services
This agreement governs all Dakidarts® services: APIs, dashboards, SaaS platforms, desktop software, bots, plugins, research surfaces, digital tools and agency or enterprise work. Dakidarts provides APIs, developer infrastructure, dashboards, software, automated systems, informational and interpretive tools, bots, integrations and enterprise services. Features, availability and pricing can change as products evolve.
Accounts and credentials
Keep account and API credentials secure, provide accurate information, and remain responsible for activity performed through your account. We may restrict accounts that create security, legal or operational risk.
API access and acceptable use
Do not bypass quotas, overload infrastructure, distribute malware, conduct phishing or fraud, scrape protected systems, reverse engineer restricted services, resell access without permission or interfere with platform security. Abuse, excessive automation and attempts to compromise other users are grounds for restriction.
Billing and credits
Paid services may use prepaid credits, subscriptions, usage-based billing or enterprise invoicing. Taxes and provider terms may apply. Credits are generally non-transferable and are not cash equivalents unless law requires otherwise. Refunds are available based on our terms and conditions; contact support for details on a specific purchase.
Enterprise services
Dedicated environments, private infrastructure, SLAs, custom integrations and other enterprise arrangements may be governed by separate written agreements. A signed agreement controls where it conflicts with these general terms.
Intellectual property
Dakidarts branding, software, systems, documentation and service design remain protected intellectual property. Your right to use a service is limited, revocable, non-exclusive and subject to the applicable product terms.
User content
You retain ownership of inputs you submit. Dakidarts may process the content as needed to operate the requested service, maintain security, support users and keep infrastructure functioning.
Automated and interpretive outputs
AI-assisted, numerological, astrological, spiritual, wellness and educational outputs may be incomplete or subjective. They are informational or exploratory and do not replace professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
Availability and third parties
Services may depend on hosting, payment, analytics, authentication and other providers, including marketplace platforms such as RapidAPI. Downtime, maintenance and third-party incidents can occur, and uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Suspension and termination
Dakidarts may suspend or end access when terms are violated, payments fail, abuse or fraud is suspected, or continued access threatens users or infrastructure.
Warranties and liability
Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Dakidarts does not promise error-free operation or particular outcomes, and liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and any signed agreement.
International use and changes
You are responsible for local-law compliance. Terms may be updated over time, with the revised version becoming effective when posted unless applicable law requires another process.
