What we collect
Depending on the service, Dakidarts may process account information (name, email address, username when you register for API or dashboard access), authentication information, contact and support messages, billing information processed through secure payment providers, user inputs, API usage data (API keys, request logs, endpoint usage statistics), device information (browser type, operating system, device identifiers), usage data (pages visited, time spent, navigation paths), IP address and approximate region.
How information is used
Data is used for service delivery, account management, communication (service updates, security alerts and support responses), analytics, security and abuse prevention, feature development and legal compliance.
Data sale
Dakidarts does not sell personal information. California residents have CCPA rights including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to opt out of any sale — which is not applicable because no sale occurs.
Service providers
Information may be processed by selected providers for hosting, payments, analytics, authentication, infrastructure monitoring and similar operational needs. For example, web analytics may be provided by Google Analytics, payments and API access by RapidAPI, and open-source hosting by GitHub. Third-party services are also governed by their own policies.
Legal disclosure and business changes
Information may be disclosed when legally required, to protect rights and safety, prevent fraud or security threats, enforce our Terms of Service, or as part of a legitimate merger, acquisition or asset transfer.
Retention
Information is kept for as long as your account remains active, as long as reasonably needed to provide services and maintain operations, and as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Deletion requests may be subject to legal and operational limits.
Security
Dakidarts uses industry-standard measures such as HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, secure API authentication using API keys, access controls, regular security audits, monitoring, rate limiting, abuse detection and secure backup procedures. Where applicable, stored credentials are encrypted (for example AES-256 encryption for plugin API keys before storage). No digital system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
International processing
Service data may be processed across more than one region depending on infrastructure. Applicable transfer requirements are handled according to law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or port data, and to withdraw consent where consent is the processing basis. Requests can be sent to privacy@dakidarts.com.
Children
Dakidarts services are not intended for people under 18 and the company does not knowingly target collection from minors.
Generated data notice
Some products create automated, wellness or interpretive results. Outputs may be probabilistic or subjective and should not be treated as professional advice or guaranteed outcomes.
