Billing models
Dakidarts products may use prepaid credits, recurring subscriptions, usage-based billing, enterprise invoicing, custom pricing or combinations of these models. Payments may be processed directly or through authorized platforms such as RapidAPI, whose marketplace terms also apply where relevant.
Prepaid credits
Credits may be consumed according to endpoint usage, volume, processing complexity or premium features. They are generally non-transferable, have no cash value and may be subject to expiration where permitted.
Subscriptions and renewals
Recurring services may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Keep payment information current and review plan details shown at purchase time.
Free testing
Where free plans exist, they provide limited requests intended for evaluation and integration testing. Automated abuse of free tiers can result in throttling or access restrictions.
Pricing changes
Plan structures and prices may change. Where reasonably possible, material changes will be communicated in advance, subject to applicable law and platform constraints.
Payment providers and taxes
Payments can be handled by authorized third-party providers. Taxes, exchange rates and bank charges may depend on jurisdiction, provider and payment method.
Failed payments
Failed or disputed payments can result in retries, feature restrictions, API suspension or service termination after repeated failure.
Refunds
Refunds are available based on our terms and conditions; contact support for the specifics of a purchase. Unless law or a specific offer says otherwise, purchases are generally final, prepaid credits are generally non-refundable and partially used subscriptions may not be prorated. Duplicate, accidental, technical or unauthorized-charge cases may be reviewed individually.
Chargebacks
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks can result in account or credential restrictions. Customers are encouraged to contact support before opening a payment dispute.
Enterprise billing
Enterprise agreements may include invoices, purchase orders, SLAs or negotiated pricing and can supersede this general policy when stated in writing.
Usage monitoring
Dakidarts may measure API calls, credit use and platform activity needed for billing, diagnostics and operational management.
